Financial Planning Fees

We believe financial advice should be transparent and straightforward. Before beginning any planning work, we provide a clear estimate so you understand the scope of work and expected cost.

Our Planning Rate:

$300 / Hour

The total cost of a financial plan depends on the complexity of your financial situation, the number of planning areas involved, and the level of analysis required.

To begin the planning process, a planning engagement agreement and 50% deposit are required.

Financial Planning Process

1. Initial Consultation

30–60 Minutes

Your first meeting with us is a no-cost introductory consultation.

During this meeting we will:

  • Learn about you and your financial goals
  • Discuss your current financial situation
  • Review any questions or concerns you may have
  • Determine whether a comprehensive financial plan would be beneficial

To make the most of our time together, we may ask you to bring:

  • Fact Finder (we will provide)
  • Investment account statements
  • Retirement account information
  • Loan or mortgage details
  • Insurance policies
  • Any other relevant financial documents

This meeting is simply a conversation to see if we’re the right fit for each other.

If we determine that a full financial plan would be beneficial, we will outline the expected scope of work and estimated cost.

To begin the planning process, a planning engagement agreement and 50% deposit are required before work begins.

Once the planning engagement is approved, we begin building your personalized financial plan.

Your plan may include:

  • Retirement planning
  • Investment strategy
  • Tax planning opportunities
  • Risk management and insurance review
  • Estate planning considerations
  • Cash flow and savings strategies

During this phase, we analyze your full financial picture and develop recommendations tailored to your unique goals, financial situation, and long-term objectives.

Our goal is to create a clear roadmap designed to help you move forward with confidence.

Once your financial plan is completed, we schedule a meeting to review the plan together.

During this meeting we will:

  • Walk through the recommendations step-by-step
  • Explain the strategies designed with a goal to improve your financial outlook
  • Answer any questions you may have
  • Begin implementing the appropriate actions and next steps

You will leave this meeting with clear, actionable next steps.

At this time, we will also finalize the planning engagement and the remaining balance of the planning fee will be due.

Financial planning is an ongoing process. As life changes, your financial plan should evolve with it.

Through periodic review meetings we will:

  • Review how the strategies from your plan are progressing
  • Discuss any changes in your financial situation or goals
  • Evaluate your progress toward long-term objectives
  • Make minor updates or adjustments to your plan when needed

These reviews help ensure your financial strategy remains aligned with your goals and continues to support your long-term financial freedom.
